2G Which evo to gst part can i fit on a 99 GST

You can use practically any part from an Evo 3.
  • 16g turbo
  • o2 housing
  • both manifolds
  • throttle body
  • bov, but i'd recommend just buying a different one
  • etc.
Almost every part that isn't directly internal, you can probably use. Are there any parts you're looking at? The newer Evos like the 8 and 9 have slightly different engines, though still 4g63, so you can't just mix and match parts.

What evo are you talking about? evo3 pretty much everything as stated above. Evo 7s 8s 9s i beliveve the rods and pistons.

You can use some parts with modifications.

Brakes but you would need a caliper bracket or jdm knuckles.
Steering wheel but the hub has to be switched out and airbag wires would need modified to work.
Seats but you need a seat bracket.
Wheels are bolt on.
Shift knob.

Do you have your hands on a wrecked evo to steal parts off of or something? Bunch of threads on evo parts on here to search.

ok cool thanks for the update I will have more questions for sure still trying to see if I can just buy evo parts for my gst that im rebuilding

Just in case anyone is wondering.
Evo 8-9 valve train will work also.
Springs/retainers and valves.
Evo-8-9 valves are actually better, they are sodium filled to stay cooler I believe.

I have evo 9 valve train on my 6 bolt.
