420A Where's the fuel pressure regulator

OK I have a 96 eagle talon esi and in 96 didn't they put the fuel pressure regulator in the engine bay? I'm not seeing it... shouldn't it be on the end of the fuel rail???

1996 was a transition year. Cars manufactured earlier in the model year had FPR's on the fuel rail, and cars manufactured later in the model year had them back near the fuel tank. If it's not on the fuel rail, it's gotta be near the fuel tank.
