Where to look for a 3in GM MAF

So i was wondering what kind of car i should take a 3in MAF off of or just get a new one but what type of car to look up for it. I have no idea what cars came with the 3in and which came with 3.5 etc. thank you.

These all came with the 3 inch MAF.

All of the caprice classics even the wagon.
The Impala SS
Both Buick Road Masters.
Cadillac fleetwood
