Where to get tranny?

Hey guys, my tranny has decided to call it quits and I can't seem to find any trannys for sale around my area (cali), would you guys know were I could get one or will i have to rebuild mine? by the way , my car is a 90 Tsi.

There are some junk/salvage yard sites to search around your state and surrounding ones. You could also hit some of the yards near you. There are alot more sites like this. I just listed a few.

You could also post a wanted ad/search the classifieds on this site and DSMtalk. They also pop up on ebay now and again.

If you have the money... i would go with a shep stage 2 tranny.

or send yours out and have them rebuild it.
