I did a quick search and just saw stuff about what to get them stepped to, the one in question is a 6bolt XACT going on my 90 AWD w/ 2600.

I just ordered the clutch and flywheel, but I want to make sure the flywheel is to spec and if not get it corrected. But im unsure of where to take it to have this done.

Almost any machine shop will be able to do it.
Have them measure it in front of you, watch how easily they use the tool.
If you are a little hesitant of their skills take it someplace else.
Untill you find a shop you are confident they now what there doing.
Hope this helps
