I have been looking everywhere for a COMPLETE install kit (preferably gaskets too) for 16g's to adapt to a 1g (my engine, nor my turbo, came with any of the lines needed for the turbo) everywhere on the internet. Anybody have luck in this department yet? thanks

A 2g install kit would give you everything, they just call it a 2g because normally thats all that would need it. Basically it is a install kit for mitsu turbos.

no no Jayrolla..like I said. the block I bought came with no lines to hook to my turbo or anything other than just the block... no turbo, no manifold... the turbo I bought also came with no lines or hardware. And thank you very much John, I just figured there were small differences in the 1g and 2g kits....haha but yes, I will have NO problem finding 2g kits. Thanks for the help

Ive heard a lot of people just make custom lines for the 1gs when they just needed to replace the lines. Or go to a junk yard, ive never seen a 1g install kit.

Yes he would want custom lines, trust me after taking off that turbo multiple times with those hard oil and coolant lines you will wish you had something custom.

There's a whole range of options available, the closest for you would be the 16G automatic install kit. It's more than you need since you probably don't need a manifold, but Nate's a good person to work with and he might be willing to sell you the kit at a reduced price w/o the manifold. He's impossible to reach by phone so you're better off just shooting him an email, and if he doesn't get back to you in a day or so, send him another one again.

If you don't want the hard lines, he sells stainless steel feed lines and stainless or pushlock return lines. For coolant lines, you'll either have to go with stock replacements, or none at all (which I do not recommend for any water-cooled turbo).
