where to buy/whats a spline

can anyone tell me of any good dealers on new or rebuilt tranny's and perhaps about how much i can expect to pay? also how do i find out if my tranny is 21,22,or 23 spline????

hey,

i know TRE i does really good tranny work www.teamrip.com.
but, about the spline thing, i dont have a clue. i would like to know myself because i need a new tranny, or atleast a second gear and syncro.

also, i've learned that only 1990 dsm have the 23 spline. could be wrong though. just do a search in here and i'm pretty sure you'll find more than enough info.
