where to buy valvetrain parts for cheap

as the title states.im planning on finally doing my head soon.and i cant seem to find the parts i need for a good price.anyone know where to get 1mm ss valves ,titanium springs and some 3g lifters for a good price??? or is it cheaper to get a race head from someone already? thanks
