I need to buy a new cylinder head for a turbo 6bolt. I would prefer to buy one without cams. I'm also on a budget, so who offers quality work for a good price?

The car was neglected and oil changes were infrequent. The inside is black and crusty. There is also a lot of wear on the cams, lifters, etc. I'd like to start fresh with a high quality head.

Earlier I said I was on a budget, but I'm thinking about going ahead and buying a high end head now and other parts later.
Who builds the best heads?

My car is AWD and an automatic and my ultimate goal for it is to make as much streetable HP as possible. It will be used for daily driving and drag racing.
