ive looked around, tryied searching but i cant use t4 in a search ! argh. so im stuck to a t4 turbine housing for personal reasons, so i need to get a good t4 manifold i would love to buy a used one but i cant seem to find any there either, so where can i buy a good t4 header, the only ones i can find are dnp. anybody else have any luck?.

The ssautochrome T4 manifold actually seems to be a nice piece. Mine hasn't cracked yet

yea i was looking at that, 245 , dnp also makes a nice manifold but its 599. and dnp has one that looks exactly like the ss autochrome one, im really debating getting the ss autochrome because i want to have a low 10 high 9 sec setup.

Cast manifolds with a T4 flange get expensive. The old HKS style is the only one I can think of and a replica is sold by SBR. But if they are made by the same place which makes their evo style manifolds (the ones that fall apart), I'd look for an authentic HKS manifold. Expect to be paying no less then $700 for one as well.

ouch, hows a t3-t4 conversion flange sounding? do they make them would it hurt performance or efficiency? i really like that turbonetics t3 manifold if i could get an adapter flange that would be ideal as long as it didnt hurt anything.

Are you sure the turbo you have is what you want. Let's make sure you have a turbo which will spool up decently before you buy a $400+ manifold and adapter. Tell me a little bit about the turbo, the wheel sizes and specifically the A/R of the exhaust side.

You can find a HKS Cast or a On Green Performace (copy of the HKS) for around 500 used. I have the HKS. I think the only difference on the OnGreen is it is truley divided. My real HKS has about 1 inch where it is not divided. If you are going T4 you will have the option of going divided, I would recomend it. The RevHard cast manifold can be had brand new for around $200. It works well and there are some cars that have went fast on it. It isa very basic design though.
I doubt the SSAC T4 header is great. I have one, sitting on the shelf in the garage, brand new if anyone wants close up pics of it or anything. It is heavy, I guess that is good.

Here is the HKS mani:

well its a guy that works at a turbo repair shop specialized for aircrafts, its local and the guy is really nice, he only stocks t4 or rayjay styles which is the v band, his t4s come in .58 or 1.13 i was thinking the .58 would be a decent spool and have a nice hefty top end. its probably not the turbo i need for a low 10's high 9's but the support he is offering me , is unbeatable , he is not familiar with turbochargers on cars when i told him i wanted the 70ar compressor he was like wtf? how many liters is your eclipse again? so he said well start out with a 70 compressor and a 58 turbine and hell get me an egt and ill guinea pig it. if the afrs are good and the egts are high means the turbine is restricting to much exhaust and that point well switch to either the 1.13 ( big mama ) or a rayjay style in which id need another adapter, for free .warranty for 2 years and if i decide i want to go bigger or smaller on housings or wheel sizes i can.. im not sure of the wheel size . i wrote down the wheel and compressor sizes for a t-67 and showed him he said he doesnt know anything about wheel sizing just the compressor and turbine ar's (area ratios). so i decided for 350$ for a brand new fully supported and warrentied turbo i would buy a manifold around it. on another note where could the revhard one be bought for 200 new? i think i like it.

and yea lets see pictures of the ss manifold it looks really similar to a manifold dnp makes like accually identical.

If your going to use the revhard be prepared for alternator relocation or a really ugly downpipe.

and i heard that the turbonetics t3 can be drilled and tapped for a t4? is that true? hows the accually exhaust passage when it comes to line up the t4 has a larger hole right? or is it just bolt pattern?
