Where to buy a factory shop manual?

I am looking to buy a factory shop manual for my 1999 GSX and am wondering where a person can find one. I looked on ebay but they only have one for a 95 eclipse and I would like to find one specific for the 1999 eclipse. I did find one at books4cars.com but it is $169.95. Is there any other place that is cheaper?

You can get the CD one on Ebay for $10 and you can find books on there as well.

Yeah there is one there for the 95 eclipse but I want one for the 99 eclipse.

You'll find a Talon manual set goes for about $25 (there's three, 1.Engine, Chassis & Body, 2.Electrical, and 3.Body, although the "set" only includes 1&2. There's also one for the fuel injection, and another for transmissions) while the Eclipse books still bring $150. The information is the same other than things like the powered antenna and Homelink visor.
