where is the isc ?

two months ago i put a new timing belt on my car,and it has ran great until two days ago! it doesn't even want to idle right some of the time.but even when it does ,and i drive it at stop signs it idles down to the point you have to keep revving it to it it alive .after researching in here everyone elses problem seems to be this isc they keep talking about.so where is it,and how much do they cost? thanks i t hink they called it an isc

I think if your standing on the passanger side of the car and looking at the engine its located at the bottom left of the throttle body (Where the IC elbow bolts to the throttle body) A rather large harness plugs into it. Easy to see. Someone please correct me if Im wrong.
