Where is the bracket for the knock sensor?

I'm putting my motor back together this week. The engine bay has been bare for 4 months and I can't remember where some of the brackets go! :sosad: Could someone hook me up with a picture or a good discription of where the bracket is at the end of the wire? I know the sensor plugs into the back of the head it's already in but I can't find the holes on the firewall where the bracket where the plug is goes.

My knock sensor is just plugged in and hanging behind my block zip tied. I didnt use the bracket at all.

Hmm maybe I'll do it this way. There definately is a bracket with holes for 3 bolts on it attached though I wonder if it isn't meant to attach to the IM support bracket? If so I'll be using your method for sure as I'm not using the IM support bracket anymore.

Ohh I see what you are referring to. I didnt use that piece at all, just connected and zip tied out of the way. The bracket originally connected to the left side of the head. Since I had to put a 1g CAS on, I just didnt bother finding another way to mount it.
