Where can I get a chip??

The only place I am aware is DSMChips and I have sent him several emails and he hasnt replied. And oon his website he says he isnt doing chips anymore.

Anyone on here do them or am I SOL? I cant really afford Link at the moment.

My car isnt drivable at all, which is why I need a chip....if waiting is the only option, I will be without the car for a very very long time. Any suggestions?

Check the classifieds there will usually be one in there somewhere.

I wasn't aware Jeff didn't make chips anymore, that is news to me. Look for him in the vendors section and try to get ahold of him on here.

He isn't listed in the vendors section. I've emailed his email address and from his website. Haven't gotten a response for 2 weeks. Check his site, he says he isn't doing chips anymore....I was asking him if he would make an exception and I would pay extra but no response from him.

This is news to me too, very unfortunate news at that. If you can't get in contact with him, I know there are a couple people around here who burn their own. Just hope they see this and want to help.

It looks like Jeff has stopped only temporarily (says until 7/20/10) and will hopefully be taking new customers soon.

It isnt as easy as searching the classifieds...my setup wont be the same as someone elses, etc.

Most set-up don't vary that greatly. Most chip set-ups I see are and injector size and the 2-steps. Unless your running higher fuel pressure you should be able to find a chip. I found plenty of chips that I could've used after I purchased mine.

Wow, ummm...hate to be a naysayer, but a chip does a LOT more than just compensate deadtime for injector size and add in a 2-step.

Already getting a chip from pneumo. In another thread I had, steve never mentioned that he did chips and didn't offer to help me out with one. He recommended Keydiver or ECMTuning....

What's so differnt about your set up?the chips come with a better timing make the jeff O programs and tunes you A/F for 11.2. Most fearures are standard on his chips unless you request otherwise. So again what's so unique about you set-up. BTW I run a DSMchips.com chip.

what are you trying to run in this chip? doesn't really matter cause im sure i can get it done for you i live in az and my dsm mechanic for when i cant figure things out burns these chips socket ecus and tunes. if you would like to know more get back with me very willing to help you out.
