if you would search im SURE you could find some great info on this.
i'll give you a quick run down on this since its basically pulling and re installing your t-25

1. Spray all your exhaust manifold studs/nuts with PB blaster or some other sort of penetrating lubricant. Let that soak for a while

2. Remove your air intake tube by releasing the 4 clips on the air filter box and one screw on the turbo inlet.

3. Remove water lines/coolant lines to turbo

4. Remove intercooler pipe

5. Remove all exhaust manifold studs/nuts being carefull not to break or strip them out

6. Remove 3 bolts and one nut from top of exhaust manifold going into the turbo.

Right now you should have it basically moving around freely but somewhat connected. The easiest way i have found to do this is to slightly pry back the manifold until it clears the studs. BE CAREFUL that you are not hitting or bending any water or oil lines. Slip the manifold up and off.

7. Now remove the 2 bolts that are holding the 02 housing to the downpipe and pull the turbo and O2 housing together.

INSTALLATION TIPS:

BE SURE to use new copper washers for the coolant lines, also now is a time to think about getting a new oil feed line and pulling it from the oil cooler.

You may also want to think about pulling off that stud on your new turbo and going to mitsu and buying a 4th bolt. By doing that you can pull your exhaust manifold and turbo with ease. Also think of replacing cheap things such as exhaust manifold gasket, turbo to 02 housing gasket, and manifold to turbo gaskets. It could very well save you time in the long run. NOW IS YOUR CHANCE to port your O2 housing along with your manifold. Check out www.vfaq.com and go to dsm modification/turbo/porting for details.

I hope this helps, this is the way i do it and i can have these turbo's off in no time.

Take your time and have some fun

Rre Sold Me A T-28 With Nothing Else. Do I Need Any New Hardware Or Can I Use The Existing Stuff?

Well you should get some new crush washers so you dont leak oil and coolant. I would also suggest getting new bolts, get rid of that one stud and just go with 4 new bolts as they tend to strech over time. Thirdly, you should replace the O2 manny gasket and exhaust-> turbo gasket.

Agreed, but only get 3 o2 housing bolts and 1 new stud. If you have ever looked at the o2 housing youll know why you cant use a bolt where the stud used to be.

that was my write up.
buy the needed gaskets and a spare turbo to mani bolt from MItsu.
remove the hoses (intake and what ever you are using bcs or boost controller wg lines)

basuically remove the heat shields and o2 sensor, keep heating and cooling the mainifold (reinsert o2 during this) and spraying PB Blaster until you can get the 3 bolts and one nut loosened.

once those are loose, remove the DP and the oil drain at the pan... splash oil everywhere unless you predrained it.

remove the two rubber water lines (a spare turbo to mainfold bolt works to plug the rubber hoses up.)

undo the breakaway fitting below the turbo forthe OEM oil feed on the turbo.

remove fan

drop turbo down and unscrew the turbo's stud with a pair of vice grips.

Discard by throwing at neightbor's dog that won't stop barking at 3 am.

Carefully drop turbo with the upper oil feed line and both water lines and oil drain attached.

Transfer each part one at a time (btw oil line is an 11mm LINE WRENCH)

Suggested tools include cursing and a ballpeen hammer to serve as a poormans impact on the end wrench for the turbo to manifold and o2 to turbo bolts. o2 sensor socket is strongly recommended.

reinstall reverse of install except you will use the new turbo manifold bolt to replace the stud you previously removed. Install will be more difficult but removal much easier. All the cursing will be at the beginning instead of at the end.
