Whens the next Michigan Meet?

haha i heard my name. we should set something up in the middle of the state that way if people have to drive it will be all of us. and maybe we can find some sweet back roads to go cruising through.

thats a great idea, any suggestions on where we could do the meet, i dont have a map by me so i dont really know of any decent city's that are in the middle of michigan, maybe lansing?

ok thats enough of the no mich dsm reading the site there have been how many posts here? i am in the middle of a major over hall of my car but dosent mean we all cant meet up and did u all forget woodward cruise? we could all meet up there and shoot the sh!t if not tho i do beleave we need to get something going i am a newbe. i have some friends that are tuners on other kinds of cars so i get some kinda of help but i would like to have friends who value dsms like me and not tell me to sell it!

mid michigan meet would be kool. either way I would have to drive a good 8-10 hours. maybe we could get some track time too? I wanna run the 1/4 a few times since theres no tracks around by me. TJ's here w/o the talon. :thumbdown that sucks he got a bad head that wont hold compression. I'll talk to him and see if he knows any good cities to meet in since hes from down there.

Yeah, theres alot of mid michigan DSM's that are waiting for a mid mich meet. Maybe around midland or saginaw?, Whats everyones needs when it comes to a meet? just a place to fit everyone that shows up? A place to have a BBQ?

well i should be back in grand rapids this up coming weekend. if you want to meet up just give me a call at 293-4536. classic car stereo is by woodland mall and the east beltline. latley people haven't been going there b/c no one ever seems to show other than me and a few people(like 2-3).

also for the mid michigan meet. i would say saginaw is a good place. right smack dab in the middle of michigan. just find a place and post here with a time and date. also post this on xceedspeed.com.

Does anyone know of any import shows that are in michigan or close to michigan,l cuz st. ignace was a good time, but there weren't that many import cars. hey man welcome to the site hope you are enjoying it, we need as many michigan dsmers as possible. anyways i dont really know of any michigan import shows but i do know that there is the hot import nights coming to chicago at the end of july, you should check it out, i might go?? but yah st. ignace was cool and all i just wish there had been some import love there, really wasnt crap for imports, but yah i think that midland mall thing sounds good, anybody else??

We are currently moving our shop to the wixom area and are planning on having a large open house event. We specialize in DSM's and would love to host a meet at the same time.

The shops we are currently looking at have huge lots and are close to the express way.

but yah meeting at wixom would be alright i guess as long as there is mad dsm's there

I was also going to mention Woodward Dream Cruise. We should set something up for then. A Mackinac meet sounds good too. That way everyone has to drive some distance. Midland/Saginaw area will work as well. I'm laid off from work for another month or so, so I can go anytime, anywhere. Just let me know.

Well, I tried to set a date in midland but doesnt look promising. everyone wants a meet but cant agree on where and when, I plan to show up at midland mall on the 24th, guess if noone else shows up it'll be a short day.
