And water pump

my 1g is pushing about 146k(Still running very strong LOL and the timing belt was changed at about 78k

im not to worried about it i was just curious

Don't just remove your balance shaft belt. This still leaves the Balance Shafts in your car so just "removing the belt" does actually no good personally.

As long as you get it done before 70-75k miles then you will be fine.
