Whenever I start my car and drive normal i hear lots of fluid swishing around and have no idea what it is..

What could this be?

Only thing I can think of is your trunk has water where your spare tire goes. Where does it sound like it's coming from?

+1 for water in spare tire well. just pull out the rubber plug and most of it should drain out

Similarly, my 2g has a rubber plug below the spare, and next to the windshield washer fluid reservoir. I'm not sure if a 1g has a plug there. For me, my reservoir hose became slightly loose, and it leaked periodically, causing a pool of liquid in my trunk floor over a period of time. After draining my trunk, and using a towel to absorb any remaining fluid, I had no more sloshing fluid there.

Also maybe it's the heater core, I know sometimes when I start mine I can here the water circulating in there. Never heard it hough when turning. Maybe 2 different water sounds?
