When I hit it my car stutters

Ok So Im racing right driving cruising stop at a light. I hit it when it turns green 1st to second all good, 2nd car stutters at like 4,700 rpms shift into third same thing and so on. On the highway going like 75 in 5th trying to go fater like 5k RPM's car starts to stutter. Dunno what the problem is I just put in new oem style NGK Plugs, I was thinking maybe it would be the MAS since I took the honey comb's out But I dunno. thanx My car have only 38000 miles so Im not sure about nything. Put the honey comb back or its fuel cut. Look into each one first just to make sure.

Does it stutter hard? Like it moves your neck forward and back??
