Car stutters when i try to turn it on than dies! HELP

So last week when i would turn the ignition my car would stutterto turn on than it would just stop, than when i turned the ignition again it would start on fine, but yesterday when i went go go turn in on it just stuttered and than my battery died so i had a friend give me a jump start and than it started good. Now this morning it wont even stutter to turn on but the dashboard lights do come on. Any ideas what could be the problem?

I had this same problem with my 2g. Turned out being the throttle body, it went bad. I would check that out.

Are you getting spark to all 4?
