When do you shift? [Merged 7-8] points shifting revs point

I shift at about 3.5k rpms just day to day. first gear may be almost 4k....if i am really trying to get on it and play around about i shift just under or right at 6k. 6k in 3rd gear is plenty...i guess in a n/t 3rd is really the pick up gear. i dont really notice any real get up in my car till about 4k till 6k in my n/t

well i have a 50 trim and cams/titanium valvtrain so I usually shift at 7800
