wheel wobble

I got wheel wobble. right now I have my car up on two jack stands(installing rebuilt trans) and the transfer case off start the car and put it in drive and let idle move the wheels and if I look down at the tires they wobble in and out. also the passanger rotor and wheel if I grap it I can shake it back and forth like something is loose. what could be wrong the castle nut is tight on both sides.
