2G rear end wobble

I am having a crazy rear end wobble above 45+ mph on the highway, takes about 8-10 seconds for it to stop when I brake or give it more throttle. I found one thread on here about replacing the rear a-arm bushings. Guy claimed he was going to have to pay $300+ for just a pair of the bushings. He ended up having someone replace the bushings with a few washers.

Anyone have any leads on these bushings? Can't seem to find any online. Any help is appreciated.

Have you at least looked at it to see if anything is broken or loose?
