Wheel Size Fitment (18x8 25mm offset)

Looking into buying a new rim/tire combo and I could get these rims for a steal..The rims are 18x8 with a 25mm offset. The tires are michelin pilots 245/45/18. Will these fit my 2g?

I ran 18x8 +35 and they were flush with the fender. And 235/40r18 is the best tire size to go with no rubbing problems. A +25mm offset will stick out of your fender.
