I like the Evo8 one, too. I don't have pics on my computer, but it's from the 1gb-cars if I remember right. If I can find my camera, I'll run to the garage and take a pic.

Car was originally from Nevada and somehow ended up in Los Angeles. Car had a bunch of mods but they wanted to much for the turbo set up. so i took what was cheap. We didn't even know the motor was built til we pulled the valve cover to remove head studs for a head gasket and found ARP's. then started noticing valve-train was different and the more we took it apart the more we found. i think that was the best junkyard find for us.

well, saturday my dad pulled those for me while i was at the h3ll whole.
turned out that they were KYB GR-2 struts all the way around. So i now have KYB- GR2's with sportline springs. The fronts have a spring spacer inbetween the springs, i'm guessing these indiana roads weren't so friendly on his front bumper.
i'm pretty sure the car was (at one point) a GSX, but there isnt much left of that.
i might go back to check for the rear calipers and pull those...but the rotors were halfway dug in the ground.

My last trip I got a hatch cover tray thing, cup holder/ashtray, light switch, radio trim, and a brand new set of clear bumper lights for 10 bucks last week. Trip before that I got a gst 5sp trans, flywheel, starter, and good clutch for 300.00. If I ever get a day off I gonna get the 2gb front and rear bumpers 99 chrome rims and headlights for 325.00

I have found completly built cars in the local pick and pulls. I bought a real evo3 16g for $65. The best part is that it had 1 finger tight bolt holding it on. Downpipe was off, all lines disconnected, and 3 of the 4 mounting bolts were gone. Ran fine on my car at 30 psi. I found a dsm with dejon piping, 550's, eprom ecu, wideband, egt, aem fuel rail, braided fuel lines, but a stock fuel pump. Needless to say it had 4 shattered pistons. 7mgte, with aftermarket rods and pistons. The coolest thing i ever found was an excellent condition galant vr4 #991/1000.

I found a 90' GSX and 90' Galant GS' in the same yard. Both cars for $800. Gave me a spare long block, rear subframe to delete the aws out of the galant and was able to make the money back on parts sold from the cars.

mine wasnt in the junkyard... yet.... a friend of mine called me and said a guy he works with wrecked his 95 eclipse last week... said he was takin it to the junkyard so i knew where to go lookin for it at... went to go look at it and actually drove it around the block all smashed up... told the guy i would give him 300 bucks cash for it... end result= going to pick up the car on friday

found a 94 talon tsi awd, engine was a mess but tranny 23 spline and transfercase was there so i pulled them off and got them both for a $100 bucks

I found a 454 engine at a junkyard for a drag camaro project my friends and I built (and are actually about to re-mod and tune it sometime this summer). Payed $275 for it and it only had 20,000 or so miles on it, the Vette got rear ended to hell and back but the engine was clean, possibly the best buy I've ever made.
