if i let the car idle i cant seem to notice anything, Im using Mobil one 10-30, when i decelerate, somtimes i get a hint of Oil, But its real noticeable on Shifts and two step

I do have 272 cams, So Im wondering if im not pulling a whole lot of vaccum for it to do it at idle

update, I just pulled the exhaust manifold off, took a look inside the exhaust ports didnt find anything, So i pulled the turbo the rest of the way off and Noticed a little bit of oil behind the dust shield, looks like i found my problem,

Problem may have started from your previously-kinked oil drain and gotten worse from there.

What happens when the cartridge can't drain properly is the oil will be forced to pass between the sealing ring and the housing, where it burns and sticks to both parts creating a porous sealing surface. Much like a piston ring in an engine, when the sealing ring can't do it's job oil will escape into the turbine housing and exhaust will enter the turbo until the hot exhaust flow eventually dries out the turbine-side journal bearing and the turbo fails....sometimes catastrophically.

If you're able to correct an oil drain issue whether it be excessive crankcase pressure or a pinched oil drain rather quickly, you can sometimes escape without turbine sealing ring damage.
