Probably not. What is a Proton satria? sounds like some foreign job that we dont have here.

It's a Melanesian car company that licensed the Sirius engine, and chassis designs from Mitsubishi in the same way Hyundai did in the early days. The Satria is a Colt based car.

Look at the engine. That's a MIVEC Sirius 2 engine with the cam gears on the left side... (4G93 to be exact).
 
That picture though is some kind of homemade drag car setup, it could be a Kia engine.

Hyundai and Kia never had a Sirius 2 engine with the cam gears on the left. They flipped the engines same as Mitsubishi

Looks to be a tweaked Sirius 2 engine (notice the coolant neck on the head) with the cam gears on the left. Very strange.
