Need new rims for black 2G, i was thinking about the tenzo mean 6's. Cant decide if i want 17's or 18's. Any other suggestions for black wheels with a lip?

yea that is my car in my avatar. What wheels are those? I was leaning towards 17's, but im getting the eibach prokit installed on my car and im worried there will still be too much wheel gap with 17's...so i was considering the 18's to help eliminate the gap.

17's are too small unless you go with 50 series tires! Trust me I know...

Want pictures? My black 2G had Tokico 1.7" Springs with 17" Wheels and two diff size tires. The Eibach Pro Kit is 1.7" so here's what it should look like!

I can't stand the wheel gap! I liked it with the 50 series tires cause it had almost no gap... I want to go with 20's but new mexico streets are horible, so I'm going with 19" wheels and 45 series tires and Tein Suspension

I like black rims on a black car.. If I was into red a little more, I'd be doing Red rims with polished lip on my car...

What I wanna do this time around, is buy chrome wheels with polished lip and painte the chrome with VHT Nightshade... So its Tinted Chrome.

Those are DONZ columbo's... I would role with 18x8 or 8.5 with 235/40/18, offset between 45 - 40. Have to role fender a bit in the back, but that should fill it up nicely. I have Tenzo R's 18X8's still in boxes and 235/40/18 setting still in celefane waiting to be installed:

... actually, my car is cayenne pearl red. I'm going to paint my car flat black the same color as the rim and use the red for the accent. It will work out, just wait till i'm done with everything.

I had some wheels similar to that when I first got my car and they are ugly. And the little rivets don't cut it. Played out and ugly so bad deal. If I could do it again I would of gotten light weight forged wheels in the first place.

Just adding to your note... I've seen this guy who has a really nice white Turbo Civic Hatch... with 18" VOLK Racing Wheels... The real expensive ones.... he turned onto a different street and hit the inside... bye bye VOLKS! The price he paid could have goten him like 3 sets of wheels that looked just as good or similar.



I should shut up tho... cause I'm going to be buying a set of Volks most likely!
