Hey guys, My current set up is pretty much stock but i am looking to upgrade since my turbo has mega shaft play. I recently perchased the car and it just had a 16g I put on a greddy bov Ordered a vrsf Short route intercooler kit installed a wally 255 full 3" exhaust aem wideband and gauges (boost, oil press, water temp)

My question is what turbo do you guys recommend for 325-370fwhp Streetable power with room to upgrade and run more boost at the track. I was looking at the sleeper 16g, the bastard 20g , 20g tdo5 /tdo6h? the price difference is night and day they range from 700-1300... so i guess im looking for what is better for streetable power ,top end, quick spool and to keep stock form as this project will be a sleeper / DD.

16g would get you to your goals.

I'd personally go with a 20g, I love my 20g. Perfect for making 300ish whp and has much potential to go further. I run an ancient Buschur 20g, like 5 years old that's still in great shape. You can get a frankenstein 20g and my friend has had really good luck with his - they aren't too pricey.

I dont seem to have too much lag either, I run a td05 housing. I make full boost by 3500 which, when racing I have near to no lag between shifts. My turbo could easily probably get me to 500hp. Right now I'm at around 260-270 with my butt dyno compared to friends cars (and just what I should be at with how my car is set up) and I'm only on 15 psi.

An evo3 16g will get you to your goals of 325-370 whp, streetable, quick spool and still look like stock. I'm currently running one at 27 psi on 91 pump gas with 50/50 meth injection, HKS 264/272's and a Supra side mount. ECMLink estimates 373 AWHP and 330 ft-lb torque. I think with a decent front mount, a little more boost (will have to wait- I still have stock head bolts) and some tuning (E85 would also help), 400 AWHP is attainable.

u may want to check that im all stock with a t25 and at same hp at 14psi ....get it on the dyno:hellyeah:

Ok cool thanks guys but now my question is 16g big16g or evo3 16g?

if u dont have the supported mods i thank all big or small 16g turbos r the same...but if any one feels a diff way ### let me know the diff:thumb:

Ok cool thanks guys but now my question is 16g big16g or evo3 16g?

When I upgraded my 14b, I chose the evo3 16g over other 16g variants and even over 20g variants because of its high flow potential, streetable nature, fast spool, direct bolt-on and low cost. Cost and bolt-on ease of installation were major factors for me. Based on your goals, I don't think you can go wrong with it.
