What to use for polishing after porting

Ok ive searched and looked and i cant find anything saying what to use for polishing the turbo after porting. Ive tried to find cross buffs and that didnt find a real item. shoul i use grinding wheels? sanding wheels? i need something that can be used in a 25krpm grinding tool unless my dremel can handle it.
 
i did, i just followed what others have done and copied that. now its ported and id like to sand down a few ruff edges
 
When I ported my manifold and hot side of my turbo I just went to Home Deopot and bought a couple grinding stone bits (not really exactly sure what they are called) and it worked pretty well for smoothing out the runners. They had several different grades when I was there so I went ahead and got a couple coarser ones and a finer one. You could also always sand it by hand, that would be fun :).
 
Flashes polishing is more for snazz. All that bling on the inside of a turbo is going to be covered up by carbon buildup after a few hundred miles anyway.

To clean up the inside of a turbo port I would start with wire brush or rough grit (50) sandpaper. Work your way up to perhaps 200 grit.
 
I normally start with a carbide burr to remove the most material (not recommended for aluminum):

Then move to a rotary file to clean up the rough cuts the burr leaves behind:

The next step is a grinding stone to smooth everything up:

Lastly, a sanding wheel on a dremel brings out a mirror finish:

If you're a real die-hard, you can even wet sand the final product for a flawlessly polished surface that carbon will never stick to.
 
thanks for your replys, im going to smooth down any high spots and go ahead and install it. its very smooth,just has a few high spots. its a massive differnce from stock to ported, at least the opening at the wastegate side,
