ok so my mods so far is boost and air fuel gauges, k and n intake, blow off valve (turbo xs rfl) i made it vent back to the intake, apexi down pipe with apexi cat back. i have some extra money which is hard to believe and i wanted to know what i should get next. i looked at the tuning guide and i was thinking about the greedy upper and lower pipes and also the greedy bov. i heard that i would feel some good increase in power... or should i get a manuel boost controller and bump it up a notch? mmm dont know. or should i just save the money and pay bills :notgood: if someone got some good ideas please reply. thanks again in advance.

pay the bills man, being in debt sucks. Or if you dont mind being in debt get some sort of datalogger because it sounds like you are ready to go faster and you will need it if you want your car to run properly

mmmm. ok was thinking of just going hardcore and getting the 2g big t28 turbo and slapping it on. if i do just put it on with no fuel mods and just the small mods i have now, what would my hp numbers be? i know to know i would have to get it and dyno it, but i would just like to know around where would i be looking at?

before i did my 6 bolt swap i had the exact same mods that you listed except for stillen uicp. and act clutch and fidanza flywheel. The clutch and flywheel although not adding in horsepower def. gave me a better feel for my car and the power it should be capable of handling. I suggest possibly going that route. But the uicp is a good decision too. You could do that plus a cheap man. boost controller. cause lets face it whether your spending 150 or 50 dollars on a man. boost controller, they do the exact same thing.... turn your t25 up to about 15-18psi and run with the money :thumb: :thumb: :dsm:

Get 3" exhaust and MAKE your own MBC.

Back when I was learning about tuning (wait......I still am) I put exhaust on "Last" and found out how important it is. Went from running consistent 14.2's to running Low 13's with no other changes than the exhaust.

If a turbo car can't breathe it can't make any more power.

Free up restrictions, then worry about pouring on the fuel.

Pay the damn bills. There's nothing worse than being in debt. When you don't have to pay bills, you'll have all sorts of cash to spend on your DSM.

you know what your right.... debt sucks  so what imma do is pay my credit card off. thanks. i really wasnt sure what to do but let me go now and write a check to pay the sucker off. this way ill feel better and its better for my credit history and all. :thumb: :dsm:

I hope you'll feel better without that dark cloud over your head :thumb: I know it makes me sleep a lot easier when I make a big payment on my credit card.

how did you make the rfl vent back into the intake

i simply cut the big horn off at my shop and left a lip for the intake hose to go over and i put a hose clamp on that baby and its all good :thumb:

Why would you do that???
I have a rfl and it is the loudest bov Ive ever heard and I wouldnt change it for 1-2 mpg more!

PS. little dirty.

and what does it sound like now?

the rfl is supposed to be a vented bov, the loudest available, and the horn you cut off is what makes in loud. I would assume now it just sounds like a recirculated bov. Not trying to be a d!ck, but don't understand why you bought an RFL then recirculated it...why not buy a bov that is SUPPOSED to be

sounds more of a high pitch sound then normal. still the same. i have to admit not as loud but i still turn head when i drive by. i didnt buy the RFL i had it from my turbo integra, so instead of buying a new bov i put that one on. get it? if not ill try to explain it alittle better. sorry for the confusingness

the purpose of the bov is to relieve boost pressure during deceleration and shifts, not to make an annoying ass noise, you are supposed to recirculated them due the to the fact that the air thats "blown off" is metered, i have a 90 tsi awd that is fully built and it does not have to be recirculated due to running a maf and standalone but i do anyway, whats the point of having a turbocharged car if everyone knows you have it, its called the sleeper factor, thats just my 2 cents, i would rather have it make no noise at all, i ran an rfl on my 90 for 20 minutes and took it off its annoying as hell. i dont like a lot of attention and rfl's get you barney 5's attention and the man dont like that shit :notgood:.
