What to do with exhaust

i assume you're talking about the VRS turboback.

the upside to a full exhaust from one company is you don't typically have to worry about poor fitment.

but if you bought the bushur catback, and the downpipe. . . thats basically a turboback, just not a package deal.

it's up to you, but if i were you i'd buy everything from the same place so fitment is good.

do you realize that all the exhaust you linked to was for an EVO? just fyi.

ok thanks, now i have another question. what are the advantages and disadvantages to have an o2 elm. downpipe?

The advantage of an o2 eliminator housing is that you replace the restrictive stock housing for something that is higher flowing. Another advantage of this that you do not have to modify the down pipe for proper alignment with the stock o2 housing. I don't see a whole lot of disadvantages with an o2 eliminator. They are pretty much all benefits.

a "true" turbo back will have either an o2 eliminator or an upgraded o2 housing.

Just 'cause you have a dp, high flow cat (or no cat), and a cat-back does not mean you have a "true" turbo back, because you haven't done the whole system from the turbo to the back.

An advantage of an o2 eliminator could be that the manufacturer would *hopefully* optimize the pipe routing even moreso because they are free to do it, as opposed to a company who is making only an o2 housing or a dp . . . for the latter, the design is bound to "this starts here, and ends there, but you can make it get there any way you want"

Oh yeah, forgot. I have one problem with my o2 eliminator turboback... the oil filter can be a pain in the @$$ so get off sometimes because the down pipe passes by rather close.
