what the hell is a GT turbo??

i posted a thread yesterday abput a turbo that i recieved yesterday and today i got back 15 messages... some say that they are crap others say they are not bad... i entered a big car show in my area and brought the turbo with me to ask the other dsm guys what it was ang i got all good feedback form it. All said that it was a GT turbo because it has "DSM EVOIII" stampt on it... anyone run this turbo that has any feedback on it? and everyone said that i can run this turbo with my stock injectors i have an SAFCII and a fpr... they allsaid throw a walbro255 and put it on with 15lbs and have fun.... is that true? your help will be very helpful at this time...

It's the Evo3 16g GT. If you search for those exact terms you will find a couple of big threads that talk about the turbo. If you can't find the thread, I'll get the link's for you. You need a datalogger to determine how much boost you can run with the turbo.

To use the turbo to it's full potential you would need 650 or larger injectors, 255lph fuel pump, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, and something to control the injectors (safc, dsmlink, etc). There are other mods that aren't fuel system related that would also benefit your setup if you plan on really using the turbo.
