What the hell could this be?

My buddy has a 98 GSX, and there seems to be some sort of electrical over load on the system. Ill try to explain this the best I can. Around the speedo there’s so many lights on that it looks like a goddanm circus. First off the battery light is on, but the system charges and works fine…Alternator and everything. Then the brake light is on but there is plenty of fluid in the system. Its really dim and gets brighter as the e-brake is up like normal. Then lastly the ABS light flickers on and off time to time. When the lights on the ABS doesn’t work when the lights off the ABS works fine. If the radio is off u can hear the spark plug buzz (snap, crackel, and pop) Then the windows also move up strangely fast. Does any who know what the hell this could be?

something is lying on ground or some wires arent properly grounded,check all grounds first..

Alternator going? Bad regulator? Engine thinks it's a Lincoln Welder? Battery shorting against hood?
