Alright, this mystery cable was found hanging in the same general area (behind headlight) as the mystery part. Considering the headlight they're behind has no low beam, I'm thinking maybe they go to that, or???

ANYONE KNOW?

The "mystery" part is a lifter. I dont know what the wire is.

is the mystery wire near the battery? If so, it could be an old aftermarket wire kit for an external amp for whoever's old sound system. Have you tried following the wire to the source? If it goes through the firewall, check to see if it goes into your trunk.

compare it to the passenger side of the car.

Not having low beams might be a big hint.

That IS the passenger side... and there really are not any stock wires routed on that side.
