I just brought a 1997 gs-t spyder a week and a half ago, and I whant to redo my suspension to get rid of this annoying wheel hop. I want to drop it, but not too low(meaning not 1.5 or higher) and I am in a toos up of getting the eibach pro kit and the tein h-tech springs with kyb agx adjustable shocks. The eibach says to drop 1.2" and the tein says to drop .9" in the front and .8" in the back. I was wondering if anyone had either of these springs, and you can even tell if it is dropped?

I have the eibach/agx combo on my car and I don't like it. The shocks/struts I like but I don't like the springs. They didn't lower my car more than 1/2". I don't know how they are on the 2g but the set I have on my car just didn't give me the results I was looking for.

eibach anything eewww.. eibach ryhmes with I-suck......

I have GC collars over agx's, pillowball mounts and QA1 springs etc... etc..

I'd run hypercoils w/o hesitation too.... QA1 is just a local affordable very high quality race parts mfg so I ran with it without any regrets...

My wife runs the teins on the stock shocks on her 97GST. I tell ya, after installing them and stepping back, the car looks much more aggressive. I like them because it didn't slam it, just lowered about 1.0-1.5:.

I just put the tanabe sustec gf210 springs with a kyb gr-2 strut combo on my car and it lowered it 1.2 inches. i like the stance i noticed a difference mostly in the wheel well. i think it looks a whole lot better.

To each his own. I run Eibach pro-kit springs and tokico 5 way adjustable shocks. Comfortable ride, no roll under hard exceleration in corners, great launches best of a 1.67 with the new springs and so far no problems. I like the ride stance as well. All I have is good things to say about my setup.
