what size helicoil for turbo outlet flange

What size helicoil should i use on my turbo outlet flange on a 14b turbo (where it connects to the j pipe and then to the lower intercooler pipe)? is it the same as the exhaust manifold studs (m8x1.25)?

It is a 10mmx 1.25. expect to pay $30-35 for the cheaper helicoil knockoff kit. The helicoil brand will run you somewhere in the range of $55. The cheaper kit works just fine.
