What size adapter for stock rail?

I'm doing -6 an line from the filter to the rail. I've already got the 12mm to -6 for the filter but, I cant remove the stock rail yet because the car is my DD. Who makes the fitting for -6 to the rail? I don't want to buy one of the kits because I can build it for less on my own. It'll also help me familiarize myself with my DSM's fuel system. Any help you guys can give me would be greatly appreciated.
