Right now i've got the boost set to 12psi. It will ramp to almost 14 right away then it settles at 11-12psi and stays there. I have a 255lph Walbro that i'm gonna install this weekend. Can i run anymore boost safely?
I plan to add a better 02 housing and 2 1/2" down pipe in the near future. I also have a FMIC that i bought from clubmitsubishi but never got the piping so i'll have to wait to intall it til i can afford to build the piping myself. Also plan to run some 550 inj. as well as some type of fuel controller(Probably the new MAFT pro) coupled with a logger. Ultimate goal is to be around 300whp which i believe these mods will do.

Pistons and rods and you're only gona run a s16G?

I ran 16psi on s16G with stock injectors and the a/f was fine.

I think you'll be hard pressed to hit 300whp with that turbo unless you plan on building the head.

Well, there is a story behind my mix and match mods...
I was buying parts to make close to 400whp. I bought 660 injectors, rail, full ss lines from pump to AEM AFPR, DSM link, and other stuff. I paid a guy for a full 3" turbo back exhaust, MAFT and GM maf, 660 inj and 255 pump. Paid another guy for a ported Big 16G(was gonna run that til i got everything up and running as well as when i got comfy with the DSMlink). Also paid a guy for a switchable AWD tranny. NONE of these parts showed up. I took a very large hit to my pocketbook. I actually borrowed the $$$ to do these upgrades. Now i'm paying back that $$$ with no parts to show. I needed to get the car up and running so i sold alot of the parts so i could get a turbo, CV shafts, Brake rotors etc. My goals have been downsized.
The car seems to pull pretty good now and i wanna up the boost if possible. I will add the other parts as i can afford to get them, but that may be a little while. Just don't know how much i can run with the stk injectors.
