What programmer is this uses a jumper harness instead of ob2 port

i got a some sort of programmer/tuner when i bought my car. was told it was a dsm link but dsm links plug into ob2 port. this one has a red jumper harness with wires that go to a hardback book sized computer.

Are there no numbers or writing on that box? That plug is probably worth $, but I wouldn't use that box. It is a piggy back, and no matter how good the piggyback is, you can't get bigger than 650cc injectors, and that sucks.

all it has is a s/n on it 2243 and the harness says for offroad use only. im hoping its something good not crap. all the wiring looks good everything is nice and tightly done with headshrink. its also got a bunch of spare wires that look like extras for additional hookups
