Im going to be replacing my spark plugs and wires on my 98 GS. What kind should I buy?

NGK BPR6ES will do all you ever want. Anyone's premium wires will be more "effective" than the wholly-sufficient factory wires.

Just like oil, you can spend even more money and do the same thing.

There's about 'lebenty-bazillion threads about spark plugs and wires. You may want to read a few.
