What parts to turbocharge a non turbo?

I have a 99 RS and I want to turbocharge it but I need to know what internals to change and what is it in the bottom end that I need to change, and also I didn't know the turbo needed oil, so if some one can explain how that work probably I can custom build mine if you don't wanna tell me how to do(cause is too long0 just tell me where to go so I can find the info.
