What parts EXACTLY are needed for FWD tranny swap?

ive seen many parts lists for 1g tranny swaps and AWD tranny swaps, but i searched with no luck for a 2g GST swap.
im planning on doing the AT to MT swap within the next 2 weeks... need to know exactly what parts i need to accomplish this task. i searched around here and have gathered up this information and need to have it verified:

-tranny (of course)
-front axles
-shifter
-shift cables
-clutch/brake pedal assembly
-clutch master cylinder
-clutch slave cylinder
-clutch line
-clutch release bearing and ring clip
-clutch
-flywheel
-m/t flywheel bolts
-m/t tranny mount

theres gotta be some people around here who have successfully completed the transmission swap?

I have done the swap myself. You pretty much have a good list there. the only other things you will need are, MT starter, MT speed sensor (the shaft that the gear is on is longer on the AT's than MT. You can just replace the shaft or shaft and gear they are available from mitsu for like $10-20 i think.) and the only mount that is different is the passenger side mount and the rear tranny bracket. The rev. light switch is a direct plug in to the AT harness. and you will need to cut and splice together 2 black wires from the main tranny harness so it will start(they are the two bigger black wires in the harness). I never hooked up my clutch safety switch and i removed my cruise control when i did the swap so i didn't hook any of that up.
