What motor oil do you use???

Just wanted to hear from the DSMers on what GRADE and what kind of oil is bring used

I use GTX 10w30 to brake in my motor and will be using a higher grade of AMSOIL once the motor is worked in

Mobil1 synthetic 10w-30, with a quart of Rislone, and a motor flush and new filter every 2.5k miles.

The previous owner used Valvoline VR-1 15W-40...anybody got any suggestions for when the next oil change comes up? I don't know anything about this oil...is it good at all?

What ever you do, dont use syntec oil on old engine, cause it will leak, the previous owner use thicker oil for a reason. I recomment use castrol gtx 10w/30.

I run Mobil 1 synthetic 5W30, newer vehicle formula .

I use f1 synthetic, 10w 30 in summer and 5w in winter.... change oil and oil filter every 4k.
