what motor mounts to buy

I have a 2g gsx with a AT->MT and 6-bolt swap. My question is what kit\mounts do i need when buying new polys.

I might just get the front and rear since really only one mount is damaged.

Tyhe mount that is festroyed is the one you se when looking from directly above the engine under the turbo if that makes sense.

Are all your mounts stock? If they are, replace all four with a polyurethane kit from someone like prothane.

haha exactly, anyway to the OP you still need to get the 2g mount kits regardless of what engine/trans are in your car. The mounts and mounting locations are the same for all 2g's regardless of what engine is in the car. Prothane and enery suspension both make mount kits either are good and you will notice huge gains with either.

I just answered this on another thread, Energy Suspension is the ultimate polyurethane mounts. I have their Hyper flex kit and thier MM kit, eventhough it is a pain to put these in, they are well worth the money spent. There are 4 total, 1 for the tranny(right upper), the other 3 are for the motor(front, left upper, and rear). It does channel a little more vibration than usual, but nothing to worry about. When other people are in my car, they can feel everything my engine and I are doing. They say that they can feel all of my horses and the turbo and exhaust totally. I love it, so there, hope that helps...

I dont know how they label their instructions but it should be 3 mounts for the tranny, and 1 mount for the motor on a 2g. Sorry had to clear this up.

Wow, I cant believe I put that in the wrong place, the RIGHT Upper is visible from the front view of the car, by your power steering. Sorry about that, it is 1 for the Engine and 3 for the tranny, my bad again....

It doesn;t state clearly whether what kind of mounts to use. But this threads seems to do so, but It still a little confusing. I have a 95 GS-T, while the engien is pulled mights as well do the motor mounts. So do I need 1g or 2g mounts? Anything else I should do besides the flywheel? Should I "mill" it or just get a one all togther? Any recomendations?
This thread recomends Energy or Prothane...anyone beg to differ?
