So ive looked and its just a simple question....I have polyurathane motor mount inserts. Do I take off the stock rubber ones that is with the car or do I lay it over the stock ones?

You do have to take out the left and right mounts. Some people will cut out the rubber/metal sleave but i took a hydrolic press and pushed them out. As for the front and rear mounts, they are inserts, so you just stick them in with the rubber ones. However, if your rubber mounts are ripped, then you will either need to replace them or fix them with 3M Window Weld.

I just have to two inserts the one for the left and right motor mount..Is that ok?

Well it wont hurt anything but without the front and rear, your missing the point of the stiffer mounts. sense our engine is mounted sideways, the natural twist of the enigne is to move front to back, not side to side like V8's do. So throw in polys in the front and rear mounts and you will notice a diff.

yup just as simple as that. although the rear mount takes a little more time. but just remember, if your stock mounts are wasted, you need to replace/ fix them.
