What Kind Of Fuel Upgrades Should I Do?

Hey guys this is my first post on this amazing site. I wanted to know what kind of Fuel Upgrades I should do? I mean Fuel Pump,Injectors and Fuel Rails can someone explain to me which ones should I get for my car or should I get all of them and what brrands are the best. I ask this because I want to upgrade my Turbo. Thanx Guys!!
