I have a 1990 gsx, I had a couple of question that I need to know. First I just installed my wideband and was wondering what is a good number to be idealing at I was told by my dad who is a mechanic that between 11 and 13 is good also is that the number I want to be looking for when WOT.

Second I can't seem to get my wideband to tune right I have a AFC and a GM Maf with translator, can't seem to be able to tune it.

I have 750 injector with a 50trim garret and I'm idealing at 1200ish. I would say at ideal I have it at +60 at 1000rpm and + 45 at 2000rpm and it is sitting on the wideband at 13 to 15.

Also when I'm driving and shift should the wideband go all the way lean. I'm new to the wideband and have been able to tune my old dsm with a laptop but don't have that any more it prob the same but it has been a long time and I have no Idea why I can't get this to tune if you got any help Thank you.

First, that's some god awful typing.
Second, once you enter closed loop you should be idling around 14.7:1.
Third, those injectors are too big to tune with an AFC.
Fourth, do a boost leak test to fix your idle.

theres one problem safc only good to 650cc and idle would be 14.7-15.0 wot if on pump gas 11.1-11-5 on e85 wot 11.7-12.1

Everything redrockergsx said, and:

Your wideband is supposed to say lean when you shift, because it's technically what your engine is really doing.

Essentially what happens is that when you snap the throttle shut, you're getting barely any air, so the fuel left over is burnt off, and then you technically go lean for a bit due to the fuel burning off. Your ECU cuts fuel at most RPMs on closed throttle. If you watch, as soon as you clutch in, you go a bit rich, then lean. Once you get back on throttle, it'll be fine.

Actually the SAFC is good until 720CC injectors, he MIGHT in theory be able to get away with 750s but its not recommended.

OP: Get DSMlink

You're going to need a laptop, and you're going to need to learn to use google, you'll find all of the websites in the first 3 results.

In the DSM world we tend not to tune with handheld devices, they're just primitive.
