I dont know if this hose is important or what it even does or goes. Today I noticed that the end by the intake was off and I'm not sure where that end ever went. I started the car and put my finger on the end but didnt really feel any suction there like a vacuum leak or anything. For now I just blocked it off with a bolt, can anyone tell me where it goes and what it does thanks.

does it end, there? It looks like its the one that connects to the top of the TB, i think that goes to the evap cannister, not 100% sure on that one though. But if my memorey serves me correctly there are 4 vacuum ports on the IM (3 clustered together and on to the TB side of the IM) and one on the TB. The three on the IM cluster are cruise control, fpr (for 95 only) and, dont remember the 3rd. The 4th on the far side is your brake booster. Hope that helps a little.

Yeah one end goes down to the evap the other end just stops there, I dont remember it always being like that it used to go into like a tee which i think the previous owner had put in. Right now it is that hose which you see by the catch can and then it has like a plastice hose that goes into that rubber hose

You may be on to something there thats where it may have gone. I'll have to check that first thing tommorow, if thats the case i'll take that bolt blocking it off out and hook it back up then.

The issue is resolved it is the line the goes to the top of the throttle body. The previous owner had cut the hose and put a tee in it which had a hose that went nowhere blocked off with a bolt and the other going to the evap. I got rid of the tee and now it is just a direct hose from the evap to the top of the throttle body like it should be thanks fotowntalon for the help.

odd, wonder why the hell the guy did that.... Either way though, congrats on getting it fixed!
