What is this fuse for ? (fuse+b60A)

I just realized theres been no fuse in this location and I don't think I'd be able to even put one in since one of the tabs is broken off inside. I would just like to know what the fuse is for and what I can expect from not having it for all 3 years I've owned the car. I did try to search and could not find anything about THIS particular fuse.

Pass side, "FUSE (+B) FUSIBLE 60AMP)

Id like to know my self because if i remember right my talon doesnt have it in it either. Searching online right now for an answer

This fuse..That's the poor mans way to delete abs..Not the correct way..

I think hes talking about the 60 amp fuse by the 30 amp window fuse at the top. I know which one the abs is i pulled the one from my talon because abs is a pain in the arse.

I don't have my FSM with me but I'm pretty sure that's just an empty spot.

Edit: Checked the crappy PDF FSM, it's an empty slot.

Absit has it right.

If it were a Spyder, there would be a 30A fusible link there for the top though.

That's odd..only because the rest of the blank spots don't have a marking on the cover. O well, it's not like I'd be able to put a fuse in there anyway. I just thought maybe it was causing a volt issue I been having since I got the car. BTW the abs fuse, i don't think mine even has ABS, the fuse has never been there and non of the plugs are hooked up. Thanks everyone !

Are you sure your fusebox cover is from a 98 Eclipse?
My 99 Eclipse cover looks like this [with that fuse position shown blank and the "60A fuse (+B)" as the one on the left which is where your 60A fuse really is]: http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=77342&d=1193732965. Notice my PN is MR225437. It's almost like some other Mitsubishi model has that fuse moved and you have that cover.
